Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 cup crushed graham crackers, plus extra for coating
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
Whip Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Mix ingredients: Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Stir in crushed graham crackers: Add crushed graham crackers and mix until combined.
